How to Make It

1. Step
In a large frying pan add olive oil to coat bottom. Add chicken pieces. (Season to your liking) Cook until chicken is done. Sit to the side
2. Step
In a large stock pot add butter and let it melt on medium heat.
3. Step
Add onion, carrots, celery, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook on medium heat for 10 mins
4. Step
Add chicken broth and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil
5. Step
Add egg noodles and cook until noodles are your desired tenderness
6. Step
Add chicken and taste to see if more salt and pepper is needed. Add parsley flakes and cook for 2 more minutes.
7. Step
ENJOY!!

  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 4 carrots (chopped)
  • 4 celery stalks (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 16 cups chicken broth
  • 2 bouillon cubes
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • 16 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
