Having instant noodle can be boring sometimes, so I like to mix it with some veggies, it turns a simple instant noodle to restaurant noodle, :D

How to Make It
Boil the water, chop spring onion and bokcoy, slice the sausage if you use sausage. Prepare the noodle seasoning in a bowl.
When the water boiling, put bokcoy and spring onion in, wait until cooked.
Use a strainer to take bokcoy and spring onion out of water, place them into bowl with the seasoning, pour some hot water from the pot into the same bowl and mix properly.
Put the pot back on the fire, cook the instant noodle with the rest of water in the pot until its tender, drain the water and place the noodle into the same bowl, mix it well with the soup and veggies.
Add meat balls/sausage, lettuce on top of noodle, you can also add tomato and cucumber slices.
Special instant noodle is ready to serve.
1 instant noodle (any flavour you like)
3 meat bals/1 sausage (well cooked)
1 spring onion
1 bunch bokcoy
1 small pot of water
