How to Make It

Boil the noodles in a pan by adding water and 1 teaspoon salt and oil

After boiling rinse always in cold water to make them nonstick

Now in another pan make oil hot and start roasting onions

Now add all the ingredients and spices and stir on medium flame to soften them
5. Step
Now add boiled noodles and mix well.stir for 5 to 6 minutes

  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Maggie masala
  • 5 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoon ketchup
