How to Make It

1. Step
Heat water in a pan,when it start boiling,add 1tsp oil,1tsp salt and noodles.Cook it for 2 minutes.Turn off the flame.Strain it.
2. Step
Wash with cold water,grease the noodles with oil so that it should not be sticky.Noodles is ready.
3. Step
Heat oil in a kadai,add ginger,onion,saute for a minute,add cabbage,carrot,saute for a minute,add noodles,Mix well.
4. Step
Add soya sauce,vinegar,red chilli sauce and salt.Add spring onion and black pepper.Mix well.Noodles is ready to serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl noodles
  • 1 medium sized cut lengthwise ginger
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup cut lengthwise cabbage
  • 1 carrot cut lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup chopped spring onion
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 2 tsp vinagar
  • 2 tsp red chilli sauce
  • to taste salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
